My journey in fitness started from a young age, I was always in and out of different sports such as multiple dance styles, gymnastics, hockey, netball and even karate. As a teenager and young adult I was in and out of different gyms trying anything and everything. I never consistently stuck to anything and struggled to maintain results. At the time I was unsure how to train, I’d always question what I was doing with my form. I didn’t have any confidence in the gym and was worried I was doing things wrong.

It has taken me years to overcome gym anxiety and have confidence in what I’m doing. It's also taken a lot of different training styles such as group fitness, yoga, F45, multiple ‘cookie cutter’ programs, and body building to find a style of training I love. Then I discovered Powerlifting (sounds scary I know right; apart from its the most supportive and welcoming community you will find).

 I love how empowering strength training is as a women, feeling strong and confident in the gym has enabled me to be consistent which had gotten me the results and I want to help you achieve the same. 

Even though Powerlifting is my personal passion I help many women on their fat loss journeys and improve their overall health and fitness whilst helping them become their strongest and most confident self.

I have worked with many coaches on my journey gaining a lot of experience and knowledge building a system that works, getting my clients the results they deserve.
